From its beginnings as a small mail-order catalog, Bailey Ceramic Supplies has evolved into a world-renowned online supplier, shipping a vast selection of high-quality pottery supplies (sold at discount prices!) all around the world. Curbside pickup is also available for local customers.

Our showroom is open by appointment only for one hour time slots on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please call our sales staff at 800-431-6067, option 2, for availability.

How Do Curbside Pickup Orders Work?
Pickup from our Kingston, NY warehouse is available with one full business day’s notice. Place your order by phone before 3pm the business day before you would like to pick up, and we can have your order ready for pickup the following business day. If our order volume is particularly high, you may be asked to pick up at a later date.
Our sales staff is available to take pickup orders by phone Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:30pm at 800-431-6067, option 2. Please have a list of SKU numbers from our website ready when calling to place your order.
Pickup hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30am-4pm. When you arrive to pick up your order, please approach the small, wooden pickup dock on the side of our building (look for the sign that says “customer pick up”), then ring the bell for service. Our staff will direct you to your order. Please note that our warehouse has a very active loading dock, and you may be asked to wait until the dock/garage area is clear of trucks to pick up your order.
You will be asked to review your order carefully to ensure all items are correct, then check or initial next to each item to verify receipt of correct merchandise before leaving the pickup area.
If your pickup order has not been claimed within 3 business days after your scheduled pickup date, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued. Unclaimed pickup orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from your refund at our discretion.

What Are Showroom Appointments For?
Equipment Shopping
Pieces of ceramic equipment like kilns, slab rollers, pottery wheels, and extruders are on display in our showroom. If you’re interested in seeing a piece of equipment in person before ordering, you can visit our showroom and speak with our knowledgeable sales staff about what might best suit your needs.
Viewing The Bailey Collection
Our showroom also houses a gallery displaying The Bailey Collection, the owners’ private ceramic collection containing over 500 pots from the 20th and 21st centuries.
Browsing a Selection of Glaze, Clay, and Tool Samples
A limited selection of tools and glazes is represented in our showroom. Small orders placed during appointments can be picked up same day.
Our inventory has expanded considerably in recent years, so there is much more listed on our website than what is currently on display in our showroom. The best way to shop our most up to date offering of tools, glazes, and other materials is to visit our website, then order online for shipping or place a curbside pickup order by phone.
