Dust Masks

Ceramic dusts contain very fine particles that require special filters to capture. Not all dust masks are capable of filtering this type of dust. Paper masks are only suitable for low concentrations of larger particle dusts. They do not create a tight seal against your face and can't capture some of the finer dust particles. A better choice is a fitted rubber respirator with replaceable cartridges. This type of respirator provides a good seal around the face covering both the nose and mouth. A variety of filter cartridges are available for different applications.
