Arnie Zimmerman's Inner City

We were fortunate to be invited to a party last month celebrating the installation of Inner City: a work by the late Arnie Zimmerman. A friend and long time private collector of Arnie’s work assembled Arnie’s vision near the collector's home in western Massachusetts. Ann Rosenthal, the widow of Arnie Zimmerman, was present for the ribbon cutting. It was a magical day full of admiration and respect for one of the great potters from the last few decades.

There is no doubt that we all miss Arnie but his legacy lives on in museums, fields and back yards across the nation. Jim Bailey made a short video of the installation which captures the day.
