Spectrum's 900 Series Low Stone glazes are formulated to create the look of High Fired Stoneware at Low Fire Temperatures. These unique glazes mature at Cone 06-04 and produce the kind of visually rich colors associated with High Fire Stoneware glazes but with lower firing costs. Especially beautiful effects are achieved by layering Low Stone glazes over each other. All are Dinnerware Safe but they vary with regard to toxicity ratings in the raw state: see ‘Specs' on each glaze for these ratings. Apply to Cone 04 bisque and fire to Cone 05.
