Spectrum’s 1071 Glaze Suspender is a solution of bentonite in water. It can be used to help suspend glazes that are subject to settling out. The amount that should be added depends on a variety of factors, but a rough guideline is to start with 5% of the volume of the product being adjusted: try to stay under 10% total.
