The Soldner Professional Mixer can mix batches up to 300 lbs wet. Unlike other mixers, the Soldner carries all the weight of the clay on the bottom of a slowly revolving 30"D x 17"H concrete tub. The rotating drum smashes the clay through stationary stainless steel cutting bars with a slicing, chopping and wedging action. This type of mixing is different from other mixers where the drum is stationary and the blades turn the clay.
