StudioPro SpaceSaver Bat System

The StudioPro SpaceSaver Bat System consists of a 14" Dia. Adapter Bat and (8) 6" Square Inserts. All made of 1/2" thick exterior grade MDF for warp resistance and durability. The Adapter Bat features rubber grommet bat pin holes spaced 10" on center to fit all standard wheelheads.The convenient 6" x 6" Inserts take up minimal space on your shelves while your pots are set aside to dry. The MDF material absorbs moisture from the foot of the pot so they dry evenly.

A few notes:

1) Wipe new Inserts with a wet sponge and allow ro dry before the first use. This primes them for good clay adhesion.

2) Inserts are slightly undersized to allow for expansion when they are exposed to water. If they become too tight they can be sanded for a perfect fit. Sand only 2 sides with coarse sandpaper. Wear a dust mask when sanding any wood material.

3) Remove pots from the Inserts as soon as they can be handled to minimize the amount of water absorbed into the bat. Scrape excess clay from the bat while still wet and store them vertically.
