Made of Hydro-Stone, a USG product containing cement and crystalline silica, Hydro-Bats are 8 to 10 times stronger than standard plaster bats. They have a scratch resistant surface yet absorb water like plaster eliminating the need to cut your pieces off the bat with a wire. Hard rubber grommets are set into the underside, sized to fit over any 3/8" diameter Bat Pins.
Please note: because the HB8 is only 8.5" in diameter, its grommets are set 6" on center and the HBA Adapter (C-131-HBA) is required to use it on a standard wheelhead. You cannot use the HB8 without the HBA Adapter. See 'Related Products'... Read More
