This is a coarse handbuilding clay originally designed for large-scale sculptural work. Contains 25% (30x80)-mesh grog making it suitable for pieces with large cross-sections. The high grog content also aids with thermal shock during the Raku process. It does not contain any fireclay, so it fires quite white at low temp (for Raku).
