Bailey Ceramic Work Tables
The Bailey Work Tables are built
solid for the most active ceramic room or studio. The tables are
constructed of heavy duty structural steel with all welded joints. No
assembly is required. The counter top is made of stainless steel.
Stainless steel is far superior to aluminum surfaces. Cleaning is quick
and simple. These tables can be converted at a later date into a Glaze
Formulating Table by purchasing the tilt-out bins. Note: the
dimensions for these tables are the same as the corresponding Glaze
Formulating Tables.

The Glaze Formulating Tables are the same solid construction as the Ceramic
Work Tables, except that they are complete with tilt-out bins. Each
bin is capable of holding 150 lbs. of material. These bins are made of
aluminum. This unit is a must for any institution. Note: These glaze
units are designed for either one or two side access. Models 1 and 3
have one side access, while models 2 and 4 have two sides for
access.

Bailey Wedging Tables
Bailey wedging tables come in three sizes to accommodate various
configurations in the classroom or studio. Built of 1/4 thick
reinforced steel angle, these tables are rock solid and will supply a
lifetime of active use. Each table is supplied with a 1/16 braided
cutting wire attached to a turnbuckle for accurate tensioning. Each table
has a diagonal cutting wire corresponding to each individual wedging area.
The plaster slab measures 3 ½ thick to prevent cracking from slamming
the clay during wedging. Plaster is purchased separately and poured by the
customer on location. Due to the weight of the largest plaster table, we
suggest it might be more practical to couple smaller tables together to
accommodate large classrooms. Instructions for mixing and pouring are
supplied. Shipped via truck.

Bailey Ware Racks
The 13 division rack is shown with the rungs on centers of 5 inches
between shelf divisions and will hold either (26) 12 x 32 ware
boards, or (13) 24 x 32 ware boards. For even greater versatility,
there are additional holes in the vertical rack frame to allow the shelf
rungs to be rearranged as close as 2.5, or, any other multiple of
2.5 (7.5, 10, etc). This gives you much greater flexibility
to customize a 13 division rack to your particular greenware heights.
The 26 division rack has 2-1/2 inch centers between divisions and will
hold either (52) 12 x 32 ware boards, or (26) 24 x 32 ware
boards. The 26 division is ideal for schools, dinnerware or tile
productions. Having a high density of interval divisions insures best use
of your rack storage.
Our units are made of heavy duty angle iron and come complete with heavy
duty 6 casters for easy rolling of even the heaviest loads. Assembly is
required. Dimensions: 34-1/2W x 24D x 75H.
Ware boards are purchased individually. The
boards are made of high quality 1/2 AC plywood and are available as
either a half shelf measuring 12 x 32, or a full shelf that
measures 24 x 32.
Note: Unlike other
companies that add on additional crating fees to the retail price of the
ware racks, Bailey Racks have no packing or crating charges added on
domestic shipments.
