NEW & IMPROVED! Since its introduction in 1996, the Bailey Spray Gun has become our most popular spray gun ever! Its smart “siphon action” design and convenient interchangeable bottle system have proven ideal for spraying ceramic glazes.

Because the Bailey operates by siphon action, glaze never contacts any moveable parts so they don’t freeze-up or wear-down over time. The liquid nozzle and liquid tube are the only two parts that ever come into contact with the glaze and both are easily accessible for periodic replacement. Due to the especially abrasive nature of ceramic materials, these parts were prone to wear over time until...

Tried, tested and proven far superior to the originals, these new Stainless Steel parts may never need replacing! The “NEW” Bailey Spray Gun still features our convenient interchangeable plastic bottles for the easiest glaze storage and changeover. No hassles with cleaning out the gun and canister between colors. When you want to change glazes, just remove the current bottle, rinse the gun with a clean bottle of water, and attach the next glaze bottle. It’s as simple as that! Each plastic bottle is virtually unbreakable and includes a tight fitting cap for glaze storage.,

The Bailey Spray Gun sprays glaze in a “cone” configuration (Fig. 1) (as opposed to a “fan” pattern) and has an adjustable flow rate. It requires 2 C.F.M. @ 30-90 P.S.I. and has a 1/4” male plug connection (fits C-130-10 1/4” Female Coupler). Plastic bottles hold 1 Quart of glaze.

Small Canister Spray Gun
The trigger on this small 7 oz. canister spray gun is different from the typical “gun” style. The upper spray lever is actuated by the extended index finger and pressing down. This makes for a more comfortable action.

The spray pattern can be adjusted for horizontal/ vertical fan shapes or round. We recommend an air supply of 2.8 CFM at 30 PSI to 4 CFM at 50 PSI. The inlet is 1/4” NPT. This gun will give excellent control for a range of spray applications.

Paasche #62-2-3 Sprayer Unit
An efficient overall sprayer designed for a variety of fluids One of Paasche’s most popular sprayers, the #62-2-3 fills a range between an airbrush and spray gun. Sold complete with a 3 oz. Bottle Assembly and 3/16" x 6 ft. air hose. Air pressure can be from 1-40 p.s.i. depending on the type of material being sprayed.

• For stipple effects, use 10-15 p.s.i.
• For Light fluid applications (Inks, Dyes, & Watercolors) use 20-25 p.s.i. Requires 1-2 CFM @ 20-45 PSI.
• For Medium fluid applications (Varnish, Lacquers, Acrylics or Enamels) reduced to free flowing consistency use 25 to 35 p.s.i air pressure.
• For heavier fluid (automotive Enamels, Acrylics and Ceramic Glazes) - use a minimum of 40 p.s.i air pressure.
• CAUTION Do not use more than 50 p.s.i

Paasche H#3 Airbrush
Single-Action/External Mix with a #3 nozzle for medium fluids, sprays a pattern 1/32” to 1-1/4” wide. Excellent for most airbrush applications (other nozzles available - see below). Requires 1/2-1 CFM @ 20-40 PSI depending on fluid to be sprayed. Includes 1/4 oz. metal color cup, two wrenches, hanger and booklet. (Use with 1/8” air hose: C-072-216).

Paasche VL#1 Airbrush
Double Action/Internal Mix with a #1 nozzle for light fluids, sprays a pattern 1/64”-1” wide. Allows more control for finer detail work. (Other nozzles available; see below). Requires ½-1 CFM @ 20-45 PSI depending on fluid to be sprayed. Includes ¼ oz. metal color cup, extra needle and tip, Head Protector Cap, wrench, hanger and booklet. (Use with a 1/8” air hose: C-072-216).

An extremely versatile set for detail to medium coverage. Comes complete with (1) #62-1-3 sprayer (same as #62-2-3 but for light consistency fluids) with 3/16” x 6 ft. hose, a flow pencil with 1/32” NIB, (1) H#3 air brush with a 1/8” x 6 ft. hose, a 3 oz. bottle assembly, two wrenches and booklet.

Moisture Trap
MT Moisture Trap is a small 2” long unit that can be inserted into 1/8” airbrush hose to remove water from airline, thus preventing moisture damage and inconvenience.

3 Way Tee
Provides extra air outlets on air compressors having single 1/4” male outlets. Allows two airbrushes to be used off Paasche 1/4 h.p. Model D compressor.
