Bailey Mixer/Puggers

The MS
series are for mixing and recycling only. They
pug out the load, but do not deair.
The MSV series are
single auger units that mix, recycle, vacuum pug, and extrude.
The MXP series are
double-auger units that mix, recycle, auto-feed vacuum pug,
and extrude.

The
MSV25 comes in three versions:
MSV25
With Aluminum Barrel. Recommended for
stoneware and earthenware without soda
spars.
MSV25-SL
Aluminum Barrel lined with Stainless Steel
and a Sold Stainless Nozzle. A studio model
for porcelain, stoneware, and
earthenware.
MSV25-SS/Ultra
Total Stainless Steel construction. The Ultra
is for rugged school use and demanding
studio production of all types of clay including
corrosive porcelains.
Bailey
MSV units have longer barrels to give
far superior blending and continuous faster
pugging than “short” style mixer pugmills.
