polyethylene. The diameter of the screen is 6”; top diameter of the bowl
is 12”; bowl capacity is 1 Gal. For screening clay we recommend 30-50
mesh, for glazes 60-100 mesh, depending on coarseness of materials being

Jiffler
Mixers
We have used these mixers in our factory, and consider the Jiffler mixers
to be the best on the market. They will not “shred” or “splinter”
the bucket, and they do an excellent job of mixing slip or glaze. The 5-fin
dispersal mixing wheels have been scientifically designed to mix quickly.
The lower wheel mixes upward while the upper wheel mixes downward creating
“counterflow” to disperse lumps fast. Units are made of high stress,
plated carbon steel. Shafts will not slip in the drill chuck. The small
mixer has two (2) 2½” wheels and an 11” shaft, the larger mixer has
three (3) 5” mixing blades and a 24” shaft. Shipping Weight: small 2
