Medium Duty Spray Booths
These seamless fiberglass spray booths are designed for airbrushing and light to medium spraying. Although smaller delivery exhaust fans are available with reduced air flow (cfm), we only recommend that the optional 980 cfm fan be used. The 980 cfm unit will provide the air flow necessary to safely draw out the overspray and prevent back flow into the work area. Either booth can be mounted on an existing table or the optional stand. Standard furnace filters are used. Ventilation to the outside is required. Do not use with combustible materials such as lacquers!

PRO-V Seamless Spray Booth
The Laguna spray booth is a modular polyethylene unit. This unit can be used singularly, or several units can be grouped together in a gang with automated conveyor systems for production glazing of items such as tile or dinnerware (call for more info on production applications). Excellent for recycling glaze!

The polyethylene surface is non corrosive and easy to clean because it repels water. The bottom of the unit is hopper shaped to collect overspray run off. A drain is located in the bottom of the hopper for convenient glaze removal. Several styles of filters are available which will fit into the supplied filter rack. The optional stainless shelf is required to set pieces on top of, or to place a turntable.

Reusable Styrofoam Filters: The styrofoam filters have can be cleaned and reused. We recommend these for studio that spray large quantities of white glaze. Styrofoam filters can be dedicated to a specific glaze so that clean up time is reduced.

Galvanized Filters: These filters offer the best solution to recycling and capturing glaze. They have louvered galvanized strips which collect the glaze as it passes through the filter. When properly maintenanced, they can last up to several years.

Bench Type Filter Booth
These rugged bench style filter booths offer the same quality features as Paasche’s larger units. Two sets of filters come with each unit.

All models have a 12” tube-axial fan, a 1/3 h.p. totally enclosed motor, and are rated at 1100 c.f.m. at 3/8” static pressure. Venting to the outside is required.

Paasche Spray Booths
These industrial quality filtered spray booths are designed to offer efficient removal of spray mists to protect both the studio and outside working environment. Glaze particles and mists are trapped in the special 2” thick filters. These filters keep the fan blades, duct work and outside environment clean. The duct work can be positioned for horizontal or vertical exhausting. The large shelf area is convenient for placement of large ceramic pieces. Remember: you should never spray from outside the booth. All spraying should be conducted within the booth cabinet.

Each unit comes supplied with 2 sets of filters, a complete 18” tube-axial fan, and a totally enclosed motor. Units are shipped knocked down for better freight rates. Assembly is required. Motors are totally enclosed. 208 volt available on request.

Note: Booths are not to be used with lacquer paints. If you are intending to use lacquer or any other flammable spray, call our factory. We can give you a price on a booth with an explosion-proof motor unit.

FABSF Series booths now come with draft gauges as standard equipment. The draft gauge tells you when the filters are full. Now an OSHA requirement in some school districts. Call us for shop drawing showing specific dimensions for set up.
