Get Faster
More Efficient Blending and More Effective Vacuum
The 2 auger meshing action shreds and subdivides the clay much faster than
a single auger and creates better blending in a shorter period of time.
When your batch is done mixing, then reverse the auger rotation and all
the clay is effectively collected and forced into a single auger chamber.
It is in the single auger chamber that the vacuum is more effectively
applied (instead of the mixing chamber). This has the advantage of
applying concentrated vacuum directly after the internal (removable)
shredding screens.
Unlike
other single auger clay pugmills, you can use the MXP as a dedicated
self-feeding clay pugmill. There is absolutely no need to have to
fill the chamber before pugging. Just throw in your clay for final pugging
and it is quickly drawn into the blades and through the pugmill section of
the unit.

Large
Hopper for easy loading of clay into the mixing chamber. Mix
from dry powder and water, or using reclaim. The hopper door makes a
tight seal to keep the clay moist for extended periods of time. The
unit shuts off when the lid is opened. |

Inside the mixing chamber are two separate sets of auger blades
which mesh together and quickly subdivide the clay for much faster

The vacuum chamber thoroughly vacuums the shredded clay just as it
has passed through the screens. This is a superior vacuum system as
it insures the vacuum effect is concentrated on every shred of clay
with no area ever missed. The longer barrel also gives more space for
final compression at the nozzle. A foam filled rubber nozzle cover
is included to keep the clay moist. |

Bulk
Loader Pug Function (optional)
With the (optional) Bulk Loader accessory, the Bailey MXP becomes
the ultimate effortless self-feeding clay pugmill. All you have to do is
drop in the premixed clay into the bulk loader for final pugging. It
will automatically feed through the machine! No other clay mixer
pugmill
can come close to this peak efficiency of clay processing!
The bulk loader is simple to
install. The lid is lifted up and tilted back out of the way.
The bulk loader fits into the cavity of the hopper and lock down to
the barrel. There are safety micro switches on the bulk loader that
tie into the control panel and prevent the clay pugmill from operating
when the lid is up and the loader is not locked in place.
