Lockerbie Kickwheels
The Lockerbie is by far the best kickwheel at the best price. The 28"
diameter flywheel is made of precision cast concrete with heavily
reinforced steel inside and is completely surrounded by safety guards.
It features a 14” diameter wheelhead with bat pins drilled 10”
on center, a heavy gauge aluminum table top and a cast
aluminum splash guard (included). The plastic covered wooden seat
is adjustable to insure comfort. With a heavy duty steel frame,
the Lockerbie Kickwheel is built to last a lifetime.
This unit can be ordered as a manual
kickwheel (C-121-1) or motorized (C-121-2) with a heavy duty 1/3 h.p.
electric motor and a rubber friction drive. To
use the drive, simply depress the foot pedal to engage the rubber drive
against the edge of the flywheel. Speed range of the motor is 0-157 RPM
with a centering capacity up to 50 lbs. of clay. When the drive is
disengaged the motorized version will operate as a manual kick wheel. An
optional Reversing Switch is available. Overall size is 36” x 42” x 28”.
