Instructions for Ordering Replacement Elements
The specifications for Bailey kiln elements vary depending on the date of manufacture; therefore, it is imperative that you supply the Serial # of your kiln when ordering elements to insure that the correct ones are sent. The Serial # can be found on the Specification plate on your kiln’s main control panel. In general:

Kilns manufactured before the year 2000 have a 6-digit Serial #.
Kilns manufactured between Jan 2000 and June 2007 have a 4-digit Serial #.
Kilns manufactured from July 2007 to the present have a 6-digit Serial #.

Please note: Because there are 2 groups of kilns with 6-digit Serial #’s, please indicate whether your kiln was manufactured before 2000 or after July 2007. (ex. ‘Serial # 026819 pre-2000’ -or- ‘Serial # 038220 post 07/07’)
