Safety Latch prevents lid from coming down while you are loading kiln.

  • No support bars on the side are necessary - makes kiln accessible from ALL sides for EASY loading.

  • This hinge allows you to load the kiln without a heavy lid (50 pounds) hanging over your head.

  • Spring assist makes lifting the heavy lid easier.

  • Made from corrosion resistant galvannealed steel.

  • Hinge body ties all the kiln sections together for a solid sturdy kiln - better than latches.
