UNIQUE FEATURES:

• PROTECTION RING - A 2” ring of solid brick (no element grooves) at the top of each kiln that adds extra stacking space for tall pieces. In addition, because the bricks are solid, this ring protects the upper grooved bricks from damage during kiln loading. If the bricks in the “Protection Ring” are damaged, they are easily replaced because no elements or wiring are involved.

Blue Diamond’s NEW EasyVue Kilns
Blue Diamond’s new fully programmable EasyVue kilns feature Bartlett Controllers with (4) pre-set programs and (6) 8-segment user programs. The EV 18-2 & EV 18-3 are 1-Zone units, the EV 23-2 is 2-Zones and the EV 23-3, 29-3 & Keystone are 3-Zone units.

Blue Diamond’s TRU-MAT-TIC Kilns
Blue Diamond’s original automatic kiln featuring their easy to use Tru-Mat-Tic Switches and a Dawson Kiln Sitter/Timer. Each TRU-MAT-TIC Switch has 3 Indicator Lights. To fire simply set the TRU-MAT-TIC Switch to “START” and the kiln fires on “LOW” for 1 HOUR; on “MEDIUM” for 1 HOUR; on “HI” until the KILN SITTER SHUTS IT OFF. The indicator Lights display the kiln settings as the firing progresses. The TMT Switches advance automatically.

NOTE: It is possible to extend the “LOW”: setting for up to 3 HOURS by turning the TMT Switch to one of two marks preceding the “START” position. Each mark adds an additional Hour to the “LOW” setting time. The “MEDIUM” setting CANNOT be extended. The Kiln Sitter/Timer is required to SHUT THE KILN OFF. DO NOT LEAVE ANY KILN 

Blue Diamond’s MANUAL Kilns
Each Blue Diamond Manual Kiln is equipped with a Dawson Sitter/Timer and manual switches. Blue
Diamond uses kiln switches with 4 Settings: “OFF”, “LOW”, “MED”, and “HI”. Each setting maintains a constant power input until the switch is manually moved to the next position. Because there is no cycling on & off as with Infinite Switches, this type of switch lasts longer.
