Specialty Glazes
Glazes featured below help achieve special effects and surface textures on their own or in conjunction with other Mayco glazes.

Chalkboard:

• Simulates a slate finish that can be used as a chalkboard surface –as one of its many applications.

• Chalkboard surfaces can be erased using a felt eraser and /or damp sponge.

• Use as a base glaze with Stroke & Coat® designs on top.

• Chalkboard is non-toxic. Not recommended for dinnerware due to surface characteristics.

Cobblestones:

• Apply over non-toxic glazes to create crackled textures.

• Glazes applied over Cobblestones will break and form unique patterns.

• Cobblestones are non-toxic. Not recommended for dinnerware due to surface characteristics.

Snowfall:

• Snowfall produces snow-like dimensional surfaces- for project accents or as a textural base on which other glazes may be applied.

• Thick applications can result in dramatic dimensional effects.

• Snowfall is non-toxic. Not recommended for dinnerware due to surface characteristics.
